We currently only ship to the US. We do not ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses
Normally, we need 1 or 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process your order. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will notify you of the carrier and the shipping tracking number.
We only have standard shipping currently. Normally, it takes 3-5 business days to arrive. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us: email@example.com.

- Must be returned within 30 days of received date.
- All returns must be in their original packaging, unused and returned with all of the original packaging
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
- We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.
Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.
Please email us if you want to request a return of your order. Please follow the return policy and choose the item you would like to return. Our customer service will send you a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. At last, please don’t forget to provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable.
Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. International Credit Card refund need some time to arrive to your account.
