Fired rice is one Chinese food that is a staple in all Chinese households.  Heat oil in your pan and mix-in beaten eggs (with salt & pepper). Stir until lightly scrambled. In another pan, add rice, add a spoon of soy sauce & oyster sauce and add chopped spring onions and the scrambled eggs. Cook till soft & serve.

Add onions, tomatoes, bay leaf and a pinch of salt & pepper. Bring to a simmer and switch-off the stove. In another pot, boil water, add salt and the add the pasta. Cook till soft, drain and serve with a ladle of meatballs.

One Mexican food to share with friends is the Skillet Casserole. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft. In another cookpot, add ground/shredded beef and cook until tender and brown on a high heat. Drain the beef and mix it into the pan with the onions. Lower the heat and mix-in diced tomatoes, boiled beans, salt and cumin powder. Cover with pan and cook till soft. Garnish with shredded cheese and serve.
